Thank you for sharing your reflections on Week Two of our month-long video study! Your insights and ideas on equanimity in pleasure and pain are very encouraging as we continue to Part Three of Easwaran’s video ‘The Other Shore”

This week, Easwaran vividly describes the beauty of the moon, using a number of phrases in English and Sanskrit. He tells us that we all have the moon in our consciousness, and that there are ways to see the beauty of the moon by making our hearts pure.

In this spirit, we share with you the passage “Oh Name, Stream Down in Moonlight” by Sri Chaitanya, which Easwaran recommended for meditation. You can also listen to the audio recording of Easwaran reading the passage aloud.

To watch this week’s video excerpt, we suggest you start the video where we left off last week, and enjoy the section from 12:30-19:05. After watching, please share your thoughts in the comments section below. What resonated with you? What thoughts or questions do you have about forgiving yourself and others? It is always very uplifting and unifying to hear our community’s voices!
